Cancellation policy

I ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged at the full rate. I’ll always discuss this with you openly if circumstances arise.

If cost is a concern, please do mention this when we speak. I hold a small number of spaces at a reduced rate for those who need it.
