Locations

I offer in-person sessions at two locations: NG5 (near Sherwood, Mapperley and Arnold) and NG1 (Nottingham city centre).  Both locations are professional, welcoming, and confidential with ample parking and excellent public transport links. NG1 (Nottingham city centre) is wheelchair user accessible.

I also offer remote sessions via Zoom or telephone for which I have had specialized training for.

I am happy to consider a blend of types of session depending on your individual needs.

Availability

Frequency and duration

My preference is to work weekly, especially at beginning of relationship as we get to know each other. I have a number of places available for fortnightly sessions if this feels more appropriate for you.

We can agree a set number of weeks to work for or leave more open-ended, reviewing appropriate to your needs. I have experience of working with individuals for several (4-6) weeks through to several years.

Fee

£55.00 per 50 minute session.
Free and confidential initial consultation - usually by telephone lasting approximately 30 minutes.

Concessions

I have a number of places available at concessionary rates as an intention that psychotherapy is accessible and inclusive regardless of individual circumstance.
