I believe it’s important to be transparent about qualifications and professional experience.

I am an MSc-qualified and UKCP-registered psychotherapist with clinical experience across community, educational, and third-sector settings.

Professional experience

Alongside private practice, my experience has been shaped by work within community, educational, and third-sector settings, including:

This work has included supporting a wide range of individuals and circumstances, including distress, relational difficulties, trauma, and crisis, within both short- and longer-term therapeutic contexts.

I engage in ongoing professional development and regular clinical supervision.  My additional training includes:

  • Parts-based approaches to therapy (including Internal Family Systems, Voice Dialogue, and structural dissociation theory)
